Oops

Guess, who decided that she has all the yarn she can knit in her lifetime, and REALLY do not need any more yarn... and then went out on the last but one day of the year and passed the second hand shop selling... yarn.

I can explain all the off-white sockyarn, because what I would not knit up as historical stockings, I can always dye, but that tweed... who can say NO to tweed??? And it looks like such a lovely tweed, pretty much like the Scottish yarn I used to buy from E-bay, it smells like... I don't know... The yarn that barka used to have and they named it Kiss the Frog, because it bloomed and changed its appearance with washing used to have that smell... like a mix of machine grease and wet sheep. Some would say it stinks - in fact someone did say that from KTF, on Ravelry, but I bet they are the same people who would say paint, warnis, or paint thinner smells bad too... or I am the strange one who loves strange smells. But I did stand there in the shop and kept saying, how good that yarn smells, LOL. However, I still need to figure out, what do I want to knit from it.
